Bold and italics can make your keywords stand out more with the search engines. PBN’s are networks of websites that you create, usually with expired domains, for the sole purpose of creating backlinks to your site. Instead of a computer being told what to think, AI is coming up with its own thinking. Artificial intelligence allows us to use audience demographics and search histories---their past and their preferences – to bring similar people to a business. Keyword relevancy and placement is far more important than frequency. Your keyword or key phrase should appear in the first 100 words of your page, if not the first sentence.
Keyword research has several advantages
Rankings matter. But they’re not the metric you should be focusing on. With for instance the rise of voice search, longer keyphrases become more and more common. Using a long keyphrase five times in your 300-word-article will look so unnatural, that it’s not a good practice at all, where using a certain keyword five times might fit there. Social shares are important because they help your blog post get discovered, so getting more shares and Retweets on social media networks is never a bad thing for your SEO efforts. Search engines were nothing new; the first one was Archie created back in 1990, and there had been more than a few created between then & when Google launched (most notably Yahoo!)
Search engine penalties are much rarer than people think
You need to come up with blog post ideas, and there are various sources of data that can help you come up with topics. Randomly guessing without leveraging these data sources will hinder your potential. So how can we figure out what people are searching for when they are on Google? Professional search marketers don’t submit the URL to the major search engines, but it’s possible to do so. The more people who read your blog post, the more authority Google will deem it to have. And the more authority a page has, the higher it is likely to rank. So – get your post out there! Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram – whatever social media channels you use, share it on them. Whatever shows up in the search results box has been searched for before meaning these long tail keywords could be very valuable. But remember these just give you a starting point to work off, people have Googled some quirky things so don’t think just because something shows up that it will make a good long tail keyword. Google suggestions give you a great place to work from but shouldn’t always be taken at face value.
Relevance is the key issue here
Successful sites load fast. Even a small delay can have an impact on visitor numbers, ad views and conversions. The best way to get backlinks from other blogs and from social media sites is to write posts that are engaging and worth sharing. Many marketers will have seen a technical SEO checklist in their time. Any time a site migration is approaching or a technical audit is scheduled, a checklist tends to appear. Gaz Hall, from SEO Hull, had the following to say: "Google defines duplicate content as large blocks of text
used across multiple pages, or even other websites, that are
exactly the same or very similar. Simply put, you don’t want
to use large blocks of the same text on more than one page
of your website."
Social media as a syndication platform
If your meta description is a duplicate, the user experience in Google will be less. Although page titles might vary, all pages seem the same as all descriptions are equal. The biggest challenge with SEO is that it’s ambiguous territory—but you shouldn’t let the uncertainty get the best of you. Understand that almost every marketer is exactly where you are now. Everyone’s trying to figure out SEO’s ‘hidden secrets’ with little direction. You don’t merely want people to see your website. You want them to visit it, spend time on it and take the desired actions on it. URLs and links are building blocks of a website, therefore, ensure that they are consistent and are search engine friendly. Pages that have many outbound links are considered to hurt search engine ranking.
