from the page, neither will your viewers!

Revamp your URL to make it more SEO-friendly
Each webpage should have a single focus

Websites that are constantly improving their code, publishing valuable content, and earning backlinks and social share activity are building a larger arsenal than sites that are not engaging in SEO. Generally speaking, the more QUALITY websites that link to you, the better. More website links bring more traffic, and that helps boost your web traffic. More importantly, Google counts every link to your website as a vote of sorts. If you get a lot of good “votes” from other relevant and reputable websites, Google will reward you with higher rankings in the search engine results and you’ll get even more visibility and traffic. Google generates far more traffic than any of the other search engines, including Bing(Microsoft), Yahoo and all the other search engines combined, so being high on the Google search engine results is what it’s all about!
What keywords your visitors will use to find you?
Google checks technical features of your site like site load speed, navigation, design, keyword density, complexity, etc. Also, they will measure user experience through Click-through Rate (CTR), bounce rate or time spent on the site. Stay on top of
relevant trends, create “how-to” blog posts, and frequently update older content to make sure you’re continuing to serve your audience with useful and timely information even after it’s initially published. Emphasizing fast results is what Google is all about, and your content title and description need to reflect that. Giving Google browsers the sense of speedy information will increase your CTR. The backlink is one of the strongest ranking signals for any site because they indicate its authority.
Find the strongest competitors healthy backlinks
If a site links to you using the ’nofollow’ meta tag then their website’s authority won’t be passed to you. Some publishers automatically nofollow all external links, which is bad practice. Nofollow links should be reserved for sponsored or paid for links and content you don’t necessarily trust but still want to use as an example. Encourage Comments on Your Site
Don’t change your URLs if you don’t have to. Certainly, don’t modify URL structure for minor tweaks. The bottom line is
that if you’re focusing on a small group of generic keywords, you’re probably not being found by most of the people who are searching for you. Both external and internal backlinks can play an important role in any SEO strategy. Therefore, inclining towards any one of them or over-doing them is not a wise thing to do. Wikipedia is one of the biggest and most authoritative websites on the internet. It’s a link building golden mine. Wikipedia articles show up for almost every term and a link back to your website means a referral traffic boost to your blog.
